First and foremost, it is important to attach your flags to an official flagpole. Inexpensive, non-official flagpoles may be of lower quality and therefore less safe and stable. Furthermore, it is important to attach the flags correctly. Have this done by professionals and be sure not to rush the process. When the flagpoles are installed correctly, they are reliable, safe, and professionally finished.
You should give careful thought to where you place your flags. For example, we recommend using smaller flags in windy conditions, such as in coastal areas. On the other hand, in calm conditions, you can use slightly larger flags. A wooded area is a good example of this.
Strong winds, rain, and snow can shorten the lifespan of your flags. It is therefore best to display your flags in a dry location where changing weather conditions have little to no effect on the materials. Bring your flags indoors when wind speeds reach force 6 or higher.
With heavy use, a flag has a lifespan of approximately 2 to 4 months. After or during this period, flags show signs of wear and the colors fade. When the flags need to be replaced, we can also install them for you.
